研究了退火温度对两种高硅钢材料的显微组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,合金元素Cr的加入可以细化高硅钢的晶粒,保证材料的硬度和韧性;在退火过程中,材料的晶粒随温度的升高而增大,在1000℃左右发生再结晶而形成等轴细晶;随退火温度升高,材料的显微硬度先增大后变小,在高温下晶粒长大对硬度的影响大于有序相转变的影响,可保证材料高温退火后的延展性。
The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and microhardness of two kinds of high silicon steel were studied. The results show that the addition of alloying elements Cr can refine the grains of high-silicon steel to ensure the hardness and toughness of the material. During the annealing process, the grain size of the material increases with increasing temperature and recrystallizes at about 1000 ℃ With the increase of annealing temperature, the microhardness of the material firstly increases and then decreases, and the effect of grain growth on the hardness at high temperature is greater than that of the ordered phase transformation, so that the material can be annealed at high temperature Ductility.
