辽河油区地质条件复杂,尤其是东部断陷盆地形成复杂破碎的断块构造加上储层复杂多变的陆相河流相沉积,给储气库建设带来了较大的难度。鉴于此,开展了枯竭油气藏双6区块储气库水平井钻完井技术研究,在有利部位优选主力层段部署水平井10口。针对储气库水平井钻井完井技术难点,进行井身结构和套管柱强度设计。施工中采用准210mm 1.5°单弯螺杆(带准308mm球扶)钻具和MWD仪器,采取滑动钻进和复合钻进方式进行造斜井段施工;采用准172mm 1°和1.25°小度数单弯螺杆(带准212mm球扶)钻具和LWD仪器进行水平井段施工。同时还采取了有针对性的油层保护技术以及安全钻井技术。技术套管固井采用双级注水泥固井工艺,为了保证固井质量,研发了防窜水泥浆体系——胶乳体系。通过现场应用,形成了一套比较完整成熟的储气库井配套综合技术。
The geological conditions in the Liaohe Oilfield are complex, especially the complicated and broken fault blocks formed in the eastern rift basin and the facies sediments of the river facies are complex and changeable, which brings great difficulty to the gas storage construction. In view of this, the study on horizontal well drilling and completion technology in double-6 block gas storage of depleted oil and gas reservoirs has been carried out, and 10 horizontal wells have been deployed in favorable main site intervals. Aiming at the technical difficulties of well completion in horizontal well of gas reservoir, the well structure and the strength of casing string are designed. The construction uses the standard 210mm 1.5 ° single-bend screw (with standard 308mm ball support) and MWD instruments, to take the sliding drilling and composite drilling methods for the construction of the inclined section; using the standard 172mm 1 ° and 1.25 ° small single Curved screw (with standard 212mm ball help) and LWD instrument horizontal well section construction. At the same time, it also adopted targeted oil layer protection technology and safe drilling technology. Casing cementing technology using two-stage cementing cementing process, in order to ensure cementing quality, developed a channeling water slurry system - Latex system. Through the field application, formed a set of more complete and mature gas well supporting comprehensive technology.
