党的十八大和十八届二中全会,对深化经济体制改革,加快完善社会主义市场经济体制,提出了明确要求,作出了战略部署。之后,党中央、国务院及时确定了今年经济体制改革的重点,要求坚定不移推进改革,加快改革步伐释放改革红利、并陆续出台了一些改革措施。即将于11月召开的十八届三中全会将对全面深化改革作出重要决定形势鼓舞人心,形势逼人奋进。如何贯彻落实党的十八大精神,深化价格改革,是摆在我们面前的重要任务。我们认为,应以党的十八大精神为指导,结合近十几年深化价格
