学前教育是一项重要的社会事业,是我国“人才强国战略”工程的起始阶段,也是重要组成部分。人的素质的培养,是从生命降生的那一刻开始的。作为一项为儿童成长和社会发展造福的事业,学前教育亟待科学发展、均衡发展。
Pre-school education is an important social undertaking and an initial stage as well as an important part of China’s strategy of “building a strong nation through talents.” The cultivation of human qualities begins at the moment when life is born. As a cause for the children’s growth and social development, pre-school education needs to be developed scientifically and balancedly.
