以胡沛成教授和倪福生博士、副教授为负责人的1996年水利部水利技术开发基金项目《水电站用爆破膜代替调压井的过渡过程和工程措施研究》(项目编号:SJ9617),近日通过部级鉴定.鉴定会于1997年11月3日在福州市召开,会议由水利部科学技术司许红波副司长主持,鉴定委员会由12位专家组成.专家们听取了课题组的技术研究、用户使用情况等报告,并观看了两个用户水电站拍摄的现场录象.鉴定委员会经过认真审查和讨论,一致认为:
