新课程改革亟待教师转变观念,在教学中不断反思,落实新课标观念,寻找适合自身特点和学生实际的行之有效的教学方法、教学模式,形成自己的教学风格、教学特点。叶澜教授说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年教学反思,有可能成为名师。”美国的心理学家波斯纳提出了教师成长的公式:成长=经验+反思。我作为一名初中化学教师,多年来从事初中化学课教学,现结合自己教学实践谈一谈初中化学教学反思的体会和感受。
The new curriculum reform calls for teachers to change their concepts, constantly reflect on the teaching, implement the concept of the new curriculum, and find effective teaching methods and teaching models that suit their own characteristics and students’ actual conditions, and form their own teaching style and teaching characteristics. Professor Yeh said: “A teacher’s life-long teaching plan may not necessarily become a teacher. If a teacher writes three years of teaching reflection, he may become a teacher.” American psychologist Posner proposed the teacher growth formula: Growth = Experience + reflection. As a junior high school chemistry teacher, I have been teaching junior high school chemistry for many years. Now I will talk about my experiences and feelings about chemistry teaching reflection in junior high school in conjunction with my teaching practice.
