方法根据海上油田开发实际情况,结合油层保护,选择适当增粘剂、加重剂和盐水,配制一种新型完井液。目的改善完井液性能,保证油井在以后生产时获得最高产量。结果该有机完井液组成为:饱和KR盐水溶液加ZT2和石灰石粉。该完井液经160℃×24h高温老化后,仍具有较好的流变性,静止5d不产生沉淀;加入适量的ZT2和石灰石粉调配可达174g/cm3的高密度。结论该完井液体系可显著抑制油层粘土的水化膨胀,与储层配伍性好,对储层损害较轻,渗透率恢复值均在80%以上,现场应用起到了较好的储层保护作用。此外还具有施工工艺简单、维护方便及性能稳定的优点
Methods According to the actual situation of offshore oilfield development, combined with the reservoir protection, select a suitable tackifier, weighting agent and brine to prepare a new completion fluid. Purpose To improve the performance of the completion fluid and to ensure the highest possible yield for the well after production. Results The organic completion fluid composition: saturated KR brine solution plus ZT 2 and limestone powder. After being aged at 160 ℃ for 24h, the completion fluid still has good rheological properties and does not precipitate for 5 days at rest. Adding appropriate amount of ZT2 and limestone powder can achieve high density of 174g / cm3. CONCLUSION The completion fluid system can significantly inhibit hydration and swelling of oil-bearing clays, has good compatibility with reservoirs, less damage to reservoirs and more than 80% of permeability recovery value, and has good reservoir protection in field applications effect.
