目的探讨AEG-1和E-cadherin在宫颈病变中的表达及两者在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。方法选择2010年6月—2014年6月间收集的45例宫颈癌标本、53例宫颈上皮内瘤变标本(CINⅠ级13例,CINⅡ级18例,CINⅢ级22例)、15例正常宫颈组织标本。用免疫组化SP法检测3组标本AEG-1和E-cadherin的表达,并进行比较。结果 AEG-1在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌中的阳性表达逐渐增大(P<0.05),且AEG-1在宫颈癌中的表达与其分期、分级、淋巴转移有密切关系(P<0.05)。E-cadherin在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌中的阳性表达逐渐减小(P<0.05),E-cadherin在宫颈癌中的表达与其分期、分级、淋巴转移有密切关系(P<0.05)。AEG-1和E-cadherin在宫颈癌中的表达呈负相关性(r=-0.743)。结论 AEG-1在宫颈癌中的阳性表达较高,而E-cadherin在宫颈癌中的阳性表达较低,两者呈负相关性,并在宫颈癌发展、侵袭、转移中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of AEG-1 and E-cadherin in cervical lesions and their roles in the development of cervical cancer. Methods 45 specimens of cervical cancer, 53 specimens of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (13 specimens of CINⅠ, 18 specimens of CINⅡ and 22 specimens of CINⅢ) were collected from June 2010 to June 2014. 15 cases of normal cervical tissue specimen. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of AEG-1 and E-cadherin in three groups and compared. Results The positive expression of AEG-1 in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer gradually increased (P <0.05), and the expression of AEG-1 in cervical cancer was closely related to its stage, grade and lymphatic metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression of E-cadherin in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer gradually decreased (P <0.05). The expression of E-cadherin in cervical cancer was closely related to its stage, grade and lymph node metastasis <0.05). The expression of AEG-1 and E-cadherin in cervical cancer was negatively correlated (r = -0.743). Conclusion The positive expression of AEG-1 in cervical cancer is high, while the positive expression of E-cadherin in cervical cancer is low, the two are negatively correlated, and plays an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
