继续教育是医学发展和我国医疗战略的重要组成部分,超声医师的规范化培训是其中重要一环。本文探讨了某院超声医师规范化培训的具体内容,包括超声基础理论、操作实践、开设特色专题等实践,并对实践中的管理工作进行了总结,提出从管理团队、师资力量和评价反馈体系、培训、考核和反馈机制等方面重点进行教学和培养,能够取得显著的教学效果。以期为未来构建规范化的超声医师培训管理体系奠定基础和提供经验。
Continuing education is an important part of medical development and medical strategy in our country. The standardized training of ultrasound physicians is an important part. This article discusses the specific content of standardization training for ultrasound physicians in a hospital, including the basic theory of ultrasound, practice of operation, creation of special topics and other practices, and summarizes the management in practice.
