作为投资主要供给者的跨国公司总是广为宣传外国投资是发展的资源。过去的几十年出现了一个新现象,许多发展中国家似乎都相信,出路在于依靠跨国公司的帮助促进制成品的出口。甚至在有些发展中的社会主义国家,如中国、古巴和莫桑比克等国,诸如进口替代、不同程度的自给自足或出口初级产品等传统的发展战略也正面临着出口导向工业化战略的挑战。这种出口导向工业化战略使那些在全球贸易系统中采用这一战略的人受到束缚。
Multinational corporations, as the main suppliers of investment, have always widely publicized the resources for the development of foreign investment. A new phenomenon has emerged over the past few decades, and many developing countries seem to believe that the way out is to rely on the help of multinational corporations to promote the exports of manufactured goods. Even in some developing socialist countries such as China, Cuba and Mozambique, traditional development strategies such as import substitution, varying degrees of self-sufficiency or export of primary products are facing the challenge of export-oriented industrialization strategies. This export-led industrialization strategy has constrained those who adopt this strategy in the global trading system.
