印章印文是对文件内容表示认定和对文件所规定的权利、义务表示负责的一种重要凭证。通常认为印文是印章印面结构的反映形象,却忽略了印台特征对印章印文鉴定的影响。笔者在实际办案过程中,遇到了此类案件,即印章印文的细节特征符合同一性,然而有明显的差异点始终无法解释。经过笔者多次实验,最终得出了该差异点是印台特征造成的,并最终证实了结论。
