1934年5月,国民政府军事委员会设立禁烟督察处,接办禁烟督察事宜,以掌控烟税。查报四川巫山等县烟土产销情形即为一例。
In May 1934, the National Government Military Commission set up a No-smoking Inspectorate to take charge of smoking inspections to control tobacco taxes. An investigation was made of the situation of tobacco production and sales in Wushan County, Sichuan Province.
