慢性乙型肝炎是一常见病、多发病,容易复发,病程长而不易治愈。近年来,虽然在乙型性肝炎防治研究方面取得了不少进展,但在治疗上还存在不少困难。祖国医学认为慢性肝炎是由于“正虚而邪恋”所致,因此治疗就应从“扶正祛邪”着手。我们自1976年冬开始选用“扶正”中药黄芪,并制成注射液,治疗了84例慢性乙型肝炎,取得了一定的疗效。现将临床观察报道如下:一般资料分析:一、病例情况:本组男性63例,女性21例。除二例儿童外均为成年人。74例为门诊病员,10例为住院患者。全部病员乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)补体结合法测定均为阳性。绝大部分
