全国油田化学科研规划会议于1978年6月25日至7月4日由石油工业部石油勘探开发规划研究院和石油化工科学研究院主持在山东胜利油田召开。这是我国首次举行的油田化学科研工作的盛会。参加会议的有全国各地油气田和石油管理部门15个、科研单位18个、高等院校18个等,代表162名。会议采取了大会和小会、专题讨论和个别交谈相结合的方式,交流了各单位在油田化学科研和应用工作中的经验、成果,明确了油田化学的现状和存在问题,并讨论制定了1978年—1985年的油田化学科研规划。
National Oilfield Chemical Research Planning Conference on June 25, 1978 to July 4 by the Ministry of Petroleum Industry Petroleum Exploration and Development Planning Research Institute and Petrochemical Research Institute presided over the victory in Shandong Shengli Oilfield. This is the first event held in China for oilfield chemical research. There were 15 oil and gas fields and petroleum administrations throughout the country, 18 scientific research units, 18 colleges and universities, and 162 representatives. The meeting adopted a combination of general meetings and small meetings, special discussions and individual conversations to exchange experiences and achievements of various units in the research and application of oilfield chemistry. The status quo and existing problems of oilfield chemistry were clarified and the formulation of 1978 Years - 1985 Oilfield Chemical Research Planning.
