2016年7月6日,国家卫生计生委监督局在辽宁省大连市召开《计划生育监督工作指南(试行)》试点工作会议,北京、天津、山西、辽宁、黑龙江、湖北、湖南、广西、重庆、四川、甘肃等12个试点地区省、市、县(区)的相关负责同志和课题组专家共计70余人参加会议。会议就《指南》试点工作进行总体部署,并安排专家对各章节进行讲解。国家卫生计生委监督局鹿文媛副局长出席会议。会议指出,编制《指南》,是适应新时期计生监督工作发展的需要,是解决各级领导和同志对计生监督
On July 6, 2016, the State Health and Family Planning Commission Supervision Bureau held a pilot meeting on “Guidelines for Family Planning Supervision (Trial Implementation)” in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi and Chongqing , Sichuan, Gansu and other 12 pilot provinces, cities and counties (districts) responsible comrades and task force experts a total of more than 70 people attended the meeting. The meeting conducted an overall deployment of the “pilot” pilot project and arranged experts to explain the chapters. Dewuan Yuan, deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission Supervision Bureau attended the meeting.
