西北勘测设计研究院自1993年叙利亚迪什林工程机电设备标中标起,正式拉开了境外工程承包的序幕。集中开展国际工程投标业务是在1995年专门机构正式成立以后。通过两年来的实践,对国际工程承包业务的多元化与综合性并存,风险与利润并存,国内、外的激烈竞争与合作之特点有了初步的认识。从中认识到要进入国际工程承包市场,一定要扬长避短,定好市场位置。本文结合我院行业特点,从国内、外市场环境内部、业务建设、外营业务的开拓方向等方面对参加国际工程投标业务进行了初步分析,以便总结提高我们的业务水平。
The Northwest Institute of Surveying and Design has marked the beginning of the 1993 Syrian Dashlin project electromechanical equipment standard and officially opened the prelude to overseas project contracting. The focus of the international project bidding business was after the establishment of a specialized agency in 1995. Through the practice in the past two years, the diversification and comprehensiveness of international engineering contracting businesses coexist, risks and profits coexist, and the characteristics of domestic and foreign fierce competition and cooperation have got a preliminary understanding. Recognizing from this that it is necessary to enter the international engineering contracting market, we must make every effort to avoid weaknesses and set a good market position. Based on the industry characteristics of our hospital, this article has conducted a preliminary analysis of the participation in the international project bidding business from the aspects of the internal and external market environment, business construction, and the direction of the development of overseas operations, in order to sum up and improve our business level.
