一、社会化是高校幼儿园发展的必然趋势首先,从社会大环境看,市场经济要求按社会的需求办教育,改“单位办教育”为“社会办教育”。这就要求幼儿园要主动适应形势变化,面向社会,服务社会。其次,从高校内部看,高校幼儿园长期以来隶属于后勤系统,是高校的福利性部门和服务性部门,常常不被看成是教育部门,这与幼儿园应有的属性不吻合。在高校后勤社会化大潮的冲击下,幼儿园也必将走上社会化之路。二、高校幼儿园社会化的改革要适应社会发展的步伐
