研究了云南稻种矮源雪禾矮早的矮秆基因sd-s(t)与10个已知矮秆基因以及与2个标记基因gh-1和st-2间的关系。结果表明,sd-s(t)与d-2、d-3、d-6、d-7、d-10、d-11、d-12、d-13、d-14、d-17、d-18~h、d-19、d-27、d-30、d-35、d-42、d-47、d-51、d-52等19个矮秆基因为非等位关系,而与d-1可能为复等位关系。建议将sd-s(t)命名为d-1~x。该复等位基因系列的显隐关系为+>d-1~x>d-1。在第Ⅵ+Ⅸ连锁群上的d-1~x与gh-1的交换值为33%±5.6%,与st-2的交换值为23%±6.1%,gh-1与st-2的交换值为48%±4.7%,即d-1~x位于gh-1和si-2两个标记基因之间。
The relationship between ds gene sd-s (t) and 10 known dwarf genes and two marker genes gh-1 and st-2 in Yunnan province was studied.
