我科自1982年11月以来,在间接喉镜或真接喉镜肉眼观察下,将半数以上的声带囊肿和声带脓肿误诊为声带息肉,后经显微喉镜检查纠正诊断。本文报道误诊情况,对开展显微喉镜检查的重要性加以讨论。
Since November 1982, our department has misdiagnosed more than half of vocal cords and vocal cord abscesses as vocal cord polyps under the naked eyes of indirect laryngoscopes or true laryngoscopes and corrected them by microlaryngoscope examination. This article reports misdiagnosis situations and discusses the importance of conducting microlaryngoscopic examinations.
