改革开放30年,农村局面发生了天翻地覆的变化,成功的关键在于农村土地制度的根本变革——家庭联产承包责任制的实施。然而,在我们总结成功经验的同时,一些问题也浮出水面。新农村建设中,农村土地制度改革势在必行,以适应市场经济不断发展的需要。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, there has been a tremendous change in rural areas. The key to success lies in the fundamental reform of the rural land system - the implementation of the household contract responsibility system. However, while we summarize the successful experiences, some problems have also surfaced. In the process of building a new socialist countryside, the reform of the rural land system is imperative in order to meet the continuous development of the market economy.
