目的探讨糖尿病患者周围神经传导速度与无症状腔隙性脑梗死(SLI)之间的关系。方法对112例糖尿病患者进行周围神经传导速度测定和头颅CT平扫,以了解腓肠神经感觉传导速度(SNCV)和腔隙性脑梗死灶情况,并分析二者之间的关系。结果随着SNCV的降低,SLI的发生率相应增多,且梗死灶数目也相应增多。结论糖尿病患者腓肠神经SNCV降低与SLI发生显著相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral nerve conduction velocity and asymptomatic lacunar infarction (SLI) in diabetic patients. Methods Peripheral nerve conduction velocity and cranial CT scan were performed in 112 patients with diabetes mellitus to understand the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and lacunar infarction in sural nerve. The relationship between them was analyzed. Results With the decrease of SNCV, the incidence of SLI increased correspondingly, and the number of infarction increased accordingly. Conclusion The decrease of SNCV in sural nerve of diabetic patients is significantly correlated with the occurrence of SLI.
