网络信息技术的发展,各种文学作品不仅仅通过传统纸质媒介传播,在网络上也蓬勃发展,形成了规模庞大,体系完整的网络文学产业。但因为网络具有资源共享性、快速传播性等特点,加之缺少相应的法律法规保护,网络文学作品的网络经济权益被侵权现象非常严重。我国应从多个层面入手,加大对网络文学作品的法律保护,保证网络作者和其他利益有关者的合法权益。
The development of network information technology, all kinds of literary works not only spread through the traditional paper media, but also flourish in the network, forming a large-scale, complete network literature industry. However, due to the characteristics such as resource sharing and rapid dissemination of the network, coupled with the lack of corresponding laws and regulations protection, the network economic rights and interests of cyber literature are infringed very seriously. Our country should start from many aspects, increase the legal protection of the online literary works, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of network writers and other stakeholders.
