目的观察地黄饮子加味在颅脑损伤恢复期的应用效果。方法收集2012年10月—2014年5月六安市中医医院收治的颅脑损伤患者446例,以是否使用中药治疗分为治疗组258例和对照组188例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上给予地黄饮子加味治疗。比较两组患者住院时间及入院两周时日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)。结果治疗组患者住院时间长于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者入院两周时Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地黄饮子加味具有益肾填精、调气活血、开窍化痰等功效,可用于治疗颅脑损伤恢复期。
Objective To observe the application of Rehmanniae Decoction in the recovery of craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 446 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted from June 2012 to May 2014 in Lu’an Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into treatment group (258 cases) and control group (188 cases). Patients in the control group were given routine treatment, and patients in the treatment group were treated with Rehmanniae Decoction based on the conventional treatment. The hospital stay and Barthel index of two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization duration of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups on admission (P> 0.05). Conclusion Rehmanniae Decoction has the functions of benefiting kidney and invigorate the kidney, regulating qi and activating blood circulation, resuscitating phlegm, etc. It can be used to treat the recovery period of craniocerebral injury.
