目的:化疗药物对急性髓性白血病细胞体外毒性进行相关性研究。方法:用微孔液体培养、MTT法检测柔红霉素(DNR)和三尖杉酯碱(H)对39 例急性髓性白血病(AML)患者白血病细胞的细胞毒性。结果:显示二者的细胞毒性呈直线正相关(r= 0.7290,P< 0.0005)。结论:白血病细胞对上述两种药物有交叉耐药性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between chemotherapeutic drugs and in vitro toxicity of acute myeloid leukemia cells. METHODS: The cytotoxicity of daunorubicin (DNR) and harringtonine (H) on leukemia cells in 39 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) was detected by micropore liquid culture and MTT assay. Results: There was a positive linear correlation between cytotoxicity (r = 0.7290, P < 0.0005). Conclusion: Leukemia cells have cross-resistance to the above two drugs.
