目的:探讨特发性葡萄膜大脑炎中西医结合新疗法,观察其疗效。方法:对48例临床病例,采用中医辨证论治,同时根据病情需要,适当应用激素,二者互助为用,提高T细胞比值,提高淋巴细胞转化率,提高吞噬功能,促进免疫功能,提高疗效。结果:总有效率达95.83%。结论:分期与分型相结合、中西医结合治疗葡萄膜大脑炎的效果好、副反应小。
Objective: To investigate the new therapies for idiopathic uveitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and observe its curative effect. Methods: Forty - eight clinical cases were treated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, hormones were appropriately used according to the needs of the patients. Mutual aid was used to improve the ratio of T cells, increase the conversion rate of lymphocytes, enhance the phagocytic function, promote the immune function and improve the curative effect. Results: The total effective rate was 95.83%. Conclusion: The combination of stage and type, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of uveitis is good, side effects.
