1 前言 Nb微合金化钢经控制轧制析出弥散细小的NbCN,能明显细化晶粒提高钢的强韧性。1980年以来,武钢根据国民经济的需要,开发了一系列Nb微合金化钢用作石油管线、船舶、海洋平台及高炉炉壳等。钢板性能达到国内外同类钢种实物水平。但Nb微合金化低合金高强度钢连铸时具有较明显的表面裂纹敏感性。当轧成中厚板时仍存在表面裂纹,加大了表面修磨量,有时还恶化钢板冷弯性能。为改善Nb微合金化钢板性能,提高产品合格率,
