学院于1993年6月20日经南京市教育局批准成立,下辖成人教育中心、少儿外语中心、国际交流中心、财务部、发展部、院办公室以及附属金陵国际语言中学、开封天成学校。学院以外语、外经贸等涉外专业为主,广泛开展国际交流。中国民办高教委以及南京市政府多次授予先进集体称号,是中国教育国际交流协会及美国最大的国际教育交流组织CIEE中国会员、英国剑桥教育集团中国代理机构,并和英、美、澳、日等16个国家100多所院校建有合作交流关系。
College on June 20, 1993 approved by the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Education established under the jurisdiction of Adult Education Center, Children’s Foreign Language Center, International Exchange Center, the Ministry of Finance, Development Department, the Institute Office and affiliated Jinling International Language Middle School, Kaifeng Tiancheng School. College foreign languages, foreign trade and other major foreign professionals, extensive international exchanges. China’s non-governmental Higher Education Commission and the Nanjing Municipal Government awarded the advanced collective title for many times. It is a member of China Education International Association and CIEE China, the largest international educational exchange organization in the United States, and a Chinese agency of Cambridge Education Group. It also cooperates with Britain, the United States, Australia, Japan, etc. More than 100 institutions in 16 countries have established cooperation and exchange relations.
