结合南通市通盛大道改造工程,对二灰碎石水泥就地再生利用技术进行研究。首先对铣刨料进行筛分试验,在旧料级配和力学性能检测后,在3种水泥剂量和2种级配下,进行无侧限抗压强度试验,对再生料进行配合比设计,确定最佳配合比方案,并在施工后进行弯沉试验及强度试验。试验结果表明,在5.0%水泥剂量下,满足道路基层强度要求,在加入新料后,强度达到4.62MPa,达到任何等级道路基层强度要求,施工后的现场弯沉与强度检测均满足规范要求。
Combined with the renovation project of Tongsheng Avenue in Nantong City, the technology of on-site recycled lime-flyash gravel cement was studied. First of all, the screening of milling material was carried out. After the raw material gradation and the mechanical properties were tested, the unconfined compressive strength test was carried out under three kinds of cement dosage and two kinds of grading. The mix design of the recycled material was carried out, Determine the best mix plan, and after construction deflection test and strength test. The test results show that under 5.0% cement dosage, the strength of road basement can be satisfied. After the new material is added, the strength reaches 4.62MPa, which meets the requirements of road base level of any grade. The deflection and strength of the road after construction meet the specifications.
