高等职业教育是一种比较特殊的高等教育,它为提升我国竞争力提供了最宽厚的基础及最坚实的支撑,从而为我国的经济发展做出了的贡献。然而,目前高等职业教育还存在着社会认可度较低、与区域经济匹配度低、师资建设缺乏系统性、课程设置缺乏特色等问题。因此,这需要我们认真、理性思考职业教育发展的出路,促进高等职业教育持续发展。本文指出了当代高职教育的一些问题及这些问题的处理措施。
Higher vocational education is a special kind of higher education which provides the generous foundation and the most solid support for enhancing our country’s competitiveness so as to make contributions to the economic development of our country. However, there are still some problems in higher vocational education such as low social recognition, low matching with regional economy, lack of systematic construction of teachers and lack of features of curriculum. Therefore, this requires that we conscientiously and rationally consider the way out of the development of vocational education and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education. This article points out some of the problems in contemporary vocational education and the solutions to these problems.
