Ghrelin是一种体内生长激素促分泌素受体(GHSR)的内源性配体,与受体结合后可发挥生理功能,已有研究表明,Ghrelin在多个系统发挥作用。近些年来Ghrelin在心血管系统中的生理功能受到国内外广泛关注,并且研究逐步深入。已经证实外源性Ghrelin对心血管系统具有重要的保护作用,且能减轻各种病理性损伤,这为未来心血管疾病的治疗提供了新的线索和思路,有望成为心血管疾病有效治疗中的新药物。
