最高人民检察院于二00三年八月底颁布了《关于人民检察院直接受理侦查案件实行人民监督员制度的规定(试行)》(以下简称《规定》),决定在部分省市开展人民监督员制度试点工作。对此加强对该制度的理论研究,真正实现理论指导实践,为实践服务,是当前检察理论工作一个重要任务。笔者在此仅对人民监督员对拟作撤案的情形的监督作简单阐述。
At the end of August 2003, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate promulgated the “Provisions on the People’s Procuratorate Directly Accepting the Implementation of the People’s Supervisor System in Investigation Cases (Trial Implementation)” (the “Provisions”), and decided to pilot the People’s Supervisor system in some provinces and cities jobs. Therefore, it is an important task for current procuratorial theory work to strengthen the theoretical research on this system, to truly guide the practice of theory and serve for practice. Here, I only briefly explain the supervision of the people’s supervisors on the case that is intended to be withdrawn and disposed of.
