提起福建的石狮市,在许多人的脑海里有两件事大慨是记忆犹新的。一是改革开放之初石狮的走私、贩黄狂潮;二是关于晋江假药案(石狮原属晋江所辖,现划归泉州市)。这两件事以及其它种种传闻,引起了一些人的担忧:石狮是否已变成了资本主义的温床? 今年年初,我专程赴石狮采访,发现传闻与现实的距离是那么大,与石狮人谈起那两件事仿佛是在讲古。经过治理整顿,石狮人想的是如何发展经济,对那两件事早已淡忘。在我看来,有两件事足以洗清前两件事给石狮带来的恶名。
When the city of Shishi in Fujian was mentioned, there are two things in the minds of many people that are fresh in their memory. First, at the beginning of the reform and opening up, Shishi’s smuggling and frigid trade frenzy; the second is the case of Jinjiang counterfeit medicine (Shishi was under the jurisdiction of Jinjiang and is now under the jurisdiction of Quanzhou). These two incidents and other rumors have caused some people’s concerns: Has the lion lion become a hotbed of capitalism? Earlier this year, I made a special trip to Shishi to find out that the distance between rumors and reality is so great that we talked with the Shishi people. The two things seemed to be ancient. After governing and rectifying, the Shishi people think about how to develop the economy. They have long forgotten about those two things. In my opinion, there are two things that are enough to clean up the stigma that the first two incidents brought to the lions.
