一、关键在于能否找到恰当的发展途径乡镇企业发韧于沿海经济发达地区,并形成了两种公认的发展模式,即苏南模式和温州模式。苏南走的是一条在过去社队企业的基础上发展乡村集体经济的路子(在那里个体户很少,而且看不到个体经济中有多少冒尖户);温州地区走的是一条以“前店后厂”为特色的发展家庭企业的路子(在温州沿海农村和小城镇,万元户约占总户数的30％左右)。这些地区60—80％的劳动力转入工副业和第三产业,劳动生产率、商品率、人均收入都有大幅度提高,城乡差别,工农差别正在缩小。他们发展乡镇企业的成功经验无疑是值得我省学习和借鉴的。但是,任何一种经济模式都是在特定的地域范围内才具有它的意义,因此,无论是苏南模式还是温州模式,如果我们机械地照搬,削足适履。对于发展我省乡镇企业都是有害无益的。

Their successful experience in developing township and village enterprises undoubtedly deserves our province’s study and reference. However, any economic model has its significance in a specific geographical area. Therefore, if we mechanically copy and follow the example of Sunan model or Wenzhou model, For the development of township enterprises in our province are detrimental.
