试管苗玻璃化现象是植物组织培养中普遍发生的一种生理病变。其形态结构变异失常,生化成分及酶学特性也出现明显变化。导致这种现象的原因,初步认为是培养环境中的某种胁迫条件诱导试管产生应激乙烯,乙烯的直接或间接作用引起玻璃化现象的发生。
Vitrification of plantlets is a common physiological disease in plant tissue culture. Its morphological and structural abnormalities, biochemical composition and enzymatic properties also showed significant changes. The cause of this phenomenon, initially believed that the cultivation of certain stress conditions in the environment induced by the test tube to produce stress ethylene, ethylene directly or indirectly caused by the occurrence of vitrification.
