载能工业集中区规划实施主体工程涉及电石、硅铁、硅钙、金属镁、兰炭、新型煤基清洁燃料等行业的综合性工程。其对环境的影响因素主要包括:废气排放对环境空气和植物资源的影响;废水排放对水环境质量、土壤环境的影响;固体废弃物排放对土地资源、水土流失、环境空气、土壤环境的影响。
The main project of implementation of energy-intensive industrial concentration area involves comprehensive projects in such industries as calcium carbide, ferrosilicon, calcium silicate, magnesium metal, blue coals, and new coal-based clean fuels. The main influencing factors on the environment include: the impact of the emission of exhaust on the ambient air and plant resources; the impact of wastewater discharge on the water environment quality and the soil environment; the impact of solid waste discharge on the land resources, soil and water loss, ambient air and soil environment .
