近来世界上旧砂再生技术发展得很快。有六种不同的物理和化学原理应用在再生的方法上。这些方法可以分成四种,而每一种又包括许多类型的再生设备。然而,对于用不同粘结剂粘结的砂,这些方法的应用是有限的。当前,没有一种再生方法能够有效地和经济地再生哪一种旧砂。根据调查的结果可以设想,将来共振的方法也许是一种最好的旧砂再生方法。用这种方法能仅仅破碎砂粒外的粘结材料包裹物,而使原来的砂粒能毫无损伤地保留下来。这样,一种有效的、经济的通用设备就可能制造出来了。
Recently, the world’s old sand regeneration technology developed rapidly. There are six different physical and chemical principles applied to the regeneration method. These methods can be divided into four types, each of which includes many types of regenerative devices. However, the use of these methods is limited for sand bonded with different binders. Currently, no single regeneration method is capable of efficiently and economically regenerating which kind of used sand. Based on the results of the survey, it is envisaged that the method of future resonance may be one of the best methods of reclamation of used sand. In this way it is possible to break the binder wrap beyond the grit, leaving the original grit intact. In this way, an effective, economical, universal device can be manufactured.
