针对目前油田节能减排形势及节能现状,为进一步深入挖潜增效,开展了高压注水管道低品位余热利用技术研究,通过现场试验2种不同材质、长度的注水管道外壁换热器,提出了在油田配水间注水管道外壁上安装管道换热器,吸收注入水中低品位热量,经热泵转化为高品质热量供给采暖的新模式。
In view of the present situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in the oilfield and the current situation of energy conservation, in order to further tap the potential for increasing efficiency, a study on low grade waste heat utilization technology for high pressure water injection pipelines has been carried out. Two field pipe heat exchangers for water injection pipes of different materials and lengths were tested on site. Oil pipeline water pipe installation on the outer wall of the pipe heat exchanger, absorbing low-grade water into the heat, the heat pump into high-quality heat supply heating for the new model.
