目的探讨安舒环与T环在临床应用时的避孕效果及女性带环期间的不良反应。方法对本站2009年1月至2010年2月要求放置宫内节育器的237例女性随机分为2组,Ⅰ组120例女性放置安舒环,Ⅱ组117例女性放置T环。对所有女性随访6个月,分析2组女性的避孕效果及不良反应。结果随访6个月后进行总结,Ⅰ组女性避孕失败者2例,Ⅱ组避孕失败2例,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅰ组发生不良反应共21例,Ⅱ组不良反应47例,2组不良反应率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安舒环对女性的避孕效果较好,不良反应发生较少,是一种较好的宫内节育器。
Objective To investigate the contraceptive efficacy of Aspirin and T-ring in clinical application and adverse reactions during banding in female. Methods A total of 237 women with IUD placement from January 2009 to February 2010 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A (120 women) placed Anshu ring and group II (117 women) placed T-ring. All women were followed up for 6 months, contraceptive effectiveness and adverse reactions were analyzed in two groups of women. Results Six months after follow-up, there were 2 cases of female contraception failure in group Ⅰ and 2 cases of contraception failure in group Ⅱ. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There were 21 adverse reactions in group Ⅰ and 47 in group Ⅱ. There was significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Anshin ring contraception for women is better, less adverse reactions occur, is a good IUD.
