加快新型农村合作医疗信息系统建设,开展“一卡通”试点工作,是2011年国家新农合工作重点之一。本文在介绍建立新农合健康“一卡通”系统意义的基础上,对系统实现的关键技术进行了探讨,为新农合实现现代化信息管理提供了参考依据。
Accelerating the construction of new-type rural cooperative medical information system and launching pilot program of “One-Card” is one of the focuses of the national NCMS in 2011. On the basis of introducing the systematic significance of establishing NCMS health and “One Card” system, this paper discusses the key technologies of system implementation and provides a reference for the implementation of NCMS in modern information management.
