当前我国法学专业民事诉讼法课程教学目标不明晰,普遍存在偏重理论讲授、偏离法律职业、学生实践能力欠缺等问题,并加剧了学生就业困难。为此,需要紧密联系民事诉讼法学科特点,在明确界定民事诉讼法教学目标的基础上,转换教学主体,从采用案例教学法、应用多媒体教学手段以及设置专门的实践教学阶段等多个方面改进民事诉讼法教学方法。
At present, the teaching objectives of the civil procedural law course of law major in our country are not clear, there is a widespread bias on theoretical teaching, deviations from the legal profession, lack of practical ability of students and other issues, and exacerbating the employment difficulties of students. Therefore, it is necessary to make close contact with the characteristics of the subject of civil procedure law and to change the main body of teaching on the basis of clearly defining the teaching objectives of civil procedure law. It should be improved from the aspects of adopting case teaching method, applying multimedia teaching methods and setting up a special stage of practical teaching Civil Procedure Law Teaching Methods.
