一台东方红-802型拖拉机,在田间上坡作业时,排气管冒黑烟,随后发动机被憋熄火。重新启动后,发动机运转正常。当时以为是由于上坡作业负荷过大导致熄火,但挂挡时,有的挡位却挂不上;能挂上的挡位挂上后起步,发动机又被憋熄火,怀疑为变速箱的故障。但打开变速箱后,发现一切正常。于是打开后桥,发现大圆锥齿轮的表面有几片小金属片,但并末发现有损坏的部位。后来用撬杠撬小圆锥齿轮,发现第二轴无轴向游隙,拆开后发现2712K轴承的保持架已碎裂,使第二轴卡死,导致发动机被憋熄火。

So open the rear axle and found a few bezel on the surface of the bevel gear, but found no damage to the site. Then use crowbar pry small bevel gear and found no axial clearance of the second axis, opened the cage that has been found 2712K bearing has been broken, so that the second axis stuck, causing the engine was hold off the flame.
