目的:观察补肾调经方结合激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将36例患者随机分为2组各18例,对照组给予激素替代疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补肾调经方治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为88.89%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组雌二醇(E_2)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且观察组E2水平升高较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。治疗后2组证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),且观察组积分下降较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。结论:激素替代疗法结合补肾调经方治疗卵巢早衰疗效显著,疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tiaojing Recipe combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods: Thirty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups of 18 patients. The control group was given hormone replacement therapy. The observation group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing Recipe based on the control group. Clinical curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 88.89% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The levels of E2 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the level of E2 in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the scores of syndromes in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Hormone replacement therapy combined with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction treatment of ovarian failure significantly effect, the effect is superior to Western medicine alone, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
