侧柏叶不同提取液的成膜材料筛选

目的:考察主要成膜材料在侧柏叶水提液及不同体积分数乙醇提取液中的成膜性能,为含侧柏叶的中药喷膜剂的成膜材料选择与应用提供参考。方法:根据成膜材料的溶解性,选择聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),聚乙烯醇(PVA),乙基纤维素(EC),甲基纤维素(MC)等成膜材料,通过显微镜和图像拍摄软件对膜结构拍照分析,考察各成膜材料在侧柏叶水提液和不同体积分数乙醇提取液中的成膜性能。结果:PVP-K30,PVP-K90在侧柏叶水提液以及不同体积分数乙醇提取液中具有良好的成膜性;PVA在侧柏叶水提液及体积分数为20%,40%,60%的乙醇溶液中均能成膜,但膜表面凹凸不平、较粗糙;EC在侧柏叶无水乙醇提取液中成膜性能优良,但在侧柏叶80%乙醇提取液中成膜性则较差,膜结构较不明显;MC在侧柏叶的水提液和不同体积分数乙醇提取液中成膜性较好,能形成一层细密、厚实的膜;PVB只在侧柏叶无水乙醇提取液中成膜性较为优良。结论:成膜材料的选择与侧柏叶提取液溶媒的极性相关;PVP-K30在侧柏叶的水提和不同体积分数乙醇提取液中成膜性均较好,是含侧柏叶的中药喷膜剂、膜剂等的成膜材料的最优选择。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the film-forming properties of the main film-forming materials in aqueous extract of oriental arborvitae and ethanol extract with different volume fraction, and to provide references for the selection and application of film-forming materials for the traditional Chinese medicine spray-coating containing oriental arborvitae. Methods: According to the solubility of the film-forming material, film-forming materials such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), ethylcellulose (EC) and methylcellulose (MC) Software film structure analysis of the film to examine the film material in the Oriental water lobabean extract and different volumes of ethanol extract film forming properties. Results: PVP-K30 and PVP-K90 had good film-forming properties in the aqueous extract of oriental arborvitae and ethanol extract with different volume fraction. PVA was best in 20%, 40%, 60% % Of the ethanol solution can be formed, but the surface of the film is rugged, rough; EC in ethanol extract of Oriental Arborvitae is excellent in film-forming properties, but in the Oriental plaice 80% ethanol extract of the film Poor, the membrane structure is less obvious; MC in the aqueous extract of Platycladus Orientalus and different volume fraction of ethanol extract of the film is better, can form a thin, thick film; PVB only in the Oriental Arborvitae leaves without water Ethanol extract in the film is relatively good. CONCLUSION: The choice of film-forming material is related to the polarity of solvent in extract of oriental arborvitae. PVP-K30 has good film-forming properties in water extract and volume fraction ethanol extract of oriental arborvitae, Chinese medicine spray film, film and other film-forming material optimal choice.
