在素质教育不断发展的今天,一些传统教育方法已经不能满足现在的教育目标,教师一味地在讲台上讲,学生只是听,这种课堂教学模式已经不能很好地提高学生能力。新的教学模式“先学后教”让学生成为课堂主体,教师引导,这种模式不仅能够在一定程度上提升教学效率,普遍提高学生成绩,更重要的是能够培养学生自学和独立思考的能力。本文对传统教学模式进行思考总结,对新的教学模式进行探索和研究。
