近来,明茨伯格的“战略手艺化”风行业界,这位老先生比较极端地提出,一个企业的发展战略如果请管理咨询公司参与,这个企业的负责人是不合格的,应该“下课”。照这个逻辑推断下去,战略咨询显然是没有价值的,这是典型的战略咨询“无用论”。而与此对应的另一个极端是把战略咨询当成包治百病的“灵丹妙药”,以为只要购买了战略咨询服务,企业的所有问题都可以也应该一股脑儿的解决,这就是典型的战略咨询“万能论”。个人以为,战略咨询“无用论”犯了一叶障目、以偏概全的错误,因为现实中确实有一些企业接受过战略咨询后
