目的观察闭角型青光眼高眼压状态下进行小梁切除术的临床疗效。方法56例(56眼)持续高眼压患者在药物治疗无效的情况下进行小梁切除术,观察手术前后视力、眼压、前房以及手术并发症。结果手术顺利,没有发生严重的并发症。手术前后视力比较z=-9.038,P=0.000,经统计学分析有统计学意义,治疗后视力高于治疗前;手术前后眼压比较t=22.830,P=0.000,经统计学分析有统计学意义,治疗后眼压明显下降。结论闭角型青光眼高眼压状态下及时进行小梁切除术是安全的,能挽救患者的视功能,但是在手术过程中应注意手术技巧,避免并发症的发生。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of trabeculectomy in closed angle glaucoma under ocular hypertension. Methods Fifty - six patients (56 eyes) with continuous intraocular hypertension underwent trabeculectomy without any medical treatment. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber and operative complications were observed before and after operation. The results of the operation smoothly, no serious complications. Visual acuity before and after surgery z = -9.038, P = 0.000, statistically significant statistical significance after treatment, visual acuity was higher than before treatment; before and after IOP was t = 22.830, P = 0.000, after statistical analysis of statistics Significance, after treatment, intraocular pressure decreased significantly. Conclusions Time-limited trabeculectomy is safe in patients with angle-closure glaucoma under ocular hypertension, which can save the patient’s visual function. However, surgical techniques should be taken to avoid complications during the operation.
