研究了不同训练强度的长期训练对大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞免疫细胞因子产生能力的影响。结果表明一般训练和强化训练都能提高巨噬细胞IL-1的产生能力,但一般训练还提高了巨噬细胞IL-6的产生能力,这种提高作用在大强度训练时受到明显抑制。不同训练强度的长期训练对大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF的产生能力没有显示明显影响,提示适量运动训练能更好地提高机体免疫机能,大强度训练则抑制免疫功能。
The effects of long-term training with different training intensities on the production of immunocytokine in rat peritoneal macrophages were studied. The results showed that both general training and intensive training increased the production of IL-1 in macrophages. However, general training increased the production of IL-6 in macrophages, which was significantly inhibited during intensive training. Long-term training with different training intensity has no obvious effect on the production of TNF in rat peritoneal macrophages, suggesting that moderate exercise training can better improve the immune function of the body, while intensive training can suppress the immune function.
