卫人发〔2011〕67号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局,部直属各单位,部机关各司局:经中央机构编制委员会办公室批准(中央编办复字〔2009〕154号),卫生部成立国家心血管病中心,其主要职责是:制订全国心血管病防治规划,开展有关心血管病防治的政策研究,编制心血管病防治指南、技术规范和有关标准;建立国家重要心血管病及其环境和行为危险因素的人群监测
