目的为了推广静脉留置针在门诊儿科输液室的应用。方法对1600例患儿签知情同意书后采取留置针穿刺技术,其中肥胖穿刺难度大的患儿800例,脱水大量补液的患儿400例,一天需两次用药的患儿160例,需疗程用药的140例,患儿家属自己要求使用的100例。结果穿刺成功率97.2%,并发症发生率4.68%,满意度98.8%,无一例纠纷发生。结论保护患儿血管,减轻反复穿刺带来的痛苦,便于患儿用药治疗,减轻护理工作量,提高护士的工作效率,提高患者的满意度,留置针在门诊输液室应广泛使用。
Objective To promote the application of intravenous catheter in pediatric infusion room. Methods One hundred and sixty-six children underwent informed consent by indwelling needle aspiration technique. Among them, 800 patients with obesity puncture difficulty, 400 children with dehydration massive rehydration, 160 children requiring medication twice a day needed medication Of the 140 cases, 100 cases of their families asked for their own use.
