60年代已认识到癫痫患者存在免疫功能异常,并提出其可能的免疫发病机制。近年发现本病可同时伴自身免疫现象及免疫缺陷状态。我们在IgG亚类缺陷病的研究中发现1例癫痫患者伴有IgG亚类缺陷,现报道如下。
The 1960s has recognized the existence of immune dysfunction in patients with epilepsy, and proposed its possible immune pathogenesis. In recent years found that the disease can be accompanied by autoimmune phenomena and immune deficiency status. In our study of IgG subclass deficient disease, we found 1 case of epilepsy with IgG subclass deficiency, are reported below.
